Why We Do Not Publish Fixed Prices
A forklift price without a specification is meaningless. The same nominal '2 ton electric forklift' varies significantly by battery type, mast height, charger, tires and documentation. Publishing a single number would mislead you. Instead, this guide shows what drives price so you can evaluate quotations - and our RFQ returns a real price against your exact configuration.
The Six Price Drivers
- Capacity: larger trucks cost more - 3 ton above 2 ton above 1 ton
- Battery: lithium adds upfront cost over lead-acid but saves over multi-shift years
- Mast: higher lift and free-lift configurations add cost
- Configuration: sideshifters, clamps, custom forks and OEM branding
- Quantity: per-unit cost decreases as order volume rises
- Shipping: LCL freight carries proportionally higher cost per unit at lower quantities
Compare Quotations Line by Line
When two quotations differ in price, check: is the battery included? Lithium or lead-acid? What mast height? Which Incoterm - FOB or CIF? Is the charger included? Wooden case packing? A lower headline price often excludes items the other quote includes.
Budget Beyond the Truck
