A 2 ton truck does not simply lift twice as much - it is also longer, heavier and needs more room to turn. Choose 1 Ton When

• Your pallets rarely exceed 800 - 1,000 kg
• Aisles are around 3 m and space is the binding constraint
• You handle lighter goods: e-commerce parcels, apparel, FMCG cases
• Budget is tight and you want the lowest total cost of entry

Choose 2 Ton When

• Loads regularly reach 1,200 - 2,000 kg (beverages, building materials, machinery parts)
• You want margin for business growth without replacing the truck
• You work at loading docks with dock plates and ramps
• Mixed freight makes daily peak loads unpredictable

Battery and Running Cost

Both classes offer lead-acid and lithium options. Battery voltage and capacity are confirmed during quotation based on the configuration we select for your duty cycle - electricity cost difference between the two classes is modest compared to the productivity difference of having the right capacity.

If your loads vary and space allows, 1.5 - 2 ton is the most flexible band for Southeast Asian SMEs. If space is the hard constraint and loads are genuinely light, the 1 ton is the smarter buy.
